Use of clients’ images and videos As a wedding and event photographer/videographer, we capture images and videos that include clients and attendees. How long do we keep your data?
- Client and contract data: up to 5–6 years after service completion (for tax obligations and potential claims).
- Delivered audiovisual material: we keep backup copies for a reasonable period (usually 1–2 years) for possible resends or requested reedits.
- Consents for promotional use: until you withdraw consent.
